2. Are Elusiev fragrances 100% original?
Yes — every product sold on Elusiev is 100% authentic and sourced from verified global distributors. We do not deal in testers, replicas, or parallel imports. Certificates of Authenticity for Middle Eastern perfumes are visible on the respective product pages where applicable.
3. How can I track my order status?
Track your shipment in real time using the "Track My Order" section in your account or via the tracking link sent to your registered email and phone. If your order status shows “Processing,” it will be shipped within 24 business hours.
4. Why is my order taking longer than expected?
If your delivery has exceeded the Estimated Delivery Date, kindly share your AWB number via chat. We will escalate the issue immediately with the courier for priority resolution.
5. Is the fragrance I want currently in stock?
If a fragrance is out of stock, click on “Notify Me” on the product page to receive an alert once it’s restocked. If you can't find a fragrance on our website, reach out via chat — we may be able to source it for you.
6. Can I return a fragrance I didn't like?
We understand scent is subjective, but due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. If the product is sealed and unused, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
7. I received a broken or leaking perfume bottle. What now?
We’re sorry about that! Please send us clear photos or a video of the damage within 24 hours of delivery via email or chat. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
8. I haven’t received my refund yet. What’s the timeline?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days from approval and reflect in the original payment method. If it's been longer, share your order ID and refund reference so we can escalate with the payment gateway.
9. Can I update my phone number or delivery address?

10. My courier tracking hasn’t updated for 24+ hours. What should I do?

This is completely normal. Courier hubs like Delhi or Mumbai act as transit points. Tracking may pause until the parcel reaches your local delivery center. If the delay exceeds 3 business days, let us know for escalation.
12. My perfume smells like alcohol or nothing at all — is it fake?
Not at all. During transit, perfumes can get shaken or temperature-shocked, making the alcohol more dominant initially. Let the fragrance rest in a cool, dark place for 10–15 days, and the scent will bloom back to normal.
13. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes across India. For high-value orders, we may request an OTP or partial advance confirmation.
14. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Elusiev delivers only within India. We’re actively working on expanding our international shipping network — stay tuned.

Most of our products are imported from UAE, France, the UK, and Italy, and are distributed via authorised partners. Indian niche and artisanal brands are clearly marked in product descriptions.

Before applying directly on skin, we recommend a patch test. In rare cases of a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. We are not liable for individual allergies caused by ingredients listed on product packaging.
