2. Product Availability & Accuracy
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. If you find an error, feel free to reach out to us.
3. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept multiple forms of payment, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • In the case of COD orders, a nominal shipping fee is applicable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Elusiev is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or external disruptions.
5. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are not accepted if the tamper-evident plastic packaging is opened.
  • In case of damage or defect, you must record a full unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
