A grand incense woody creation with a cool spark and a warm heart, Amouage Interlude Man Eau de Parfum opens in a vivid rush of bergamot, oregano, and pimento berry before unfurling a resonant core of amber, cistus, frankincense, vanilla, and opoponax. Leather and oud smoke mingle with patchouli and sandalwood in the base to form a deep, textured trail that the brand frames as harmony found within disorder, elegant yet unmistakably powerful on skin.

Story & Positioning
Interlude Man stands as a pillar of the house that explores incense, resin, and smoke as a narrative of contrast and calm amid complexity. It later inspired two notable continuations, the refined iris-tinted Interlude Black Iris and the time-aged Interlude 53 Exceptional Extrait, which matures for six months in Muscat and reaches a fifty-three percent perfume oil strength, extending the theme for collectors who enjoy added richness.
Bottle & Design
A deep cobalt blue flacon with gently arched shoulders and a thick, clear heel gives Interlude Man a composed, inky glow. The face carries a gold Amouage sun seal with restrained lettering, leaving wide windows of blue glass open. A polished gold crown in the house sword-hilt profile sits true on a narrow collar and is finished with a small blue stone at the tip. The glass feels dense and smooth in hand, and the presentation continues in a dark box with abstract blue and bronze marbling that mirrors the scent’s theme of calm within chaos.
