Story & Positioning
Memoir Man is presented by the house as a woody leather fougere inspired by the sombre mood of an existential journey. The eau de parfum carries twenty-four percent perfume oil and is aged for six weeks, with three weeks of maceration and three weeks of maturation, which smooths the transition from herbal brightness to resin and leather depth. Released as the masculine half of the Memoir duo, it sits within Amouage’s Main Collection as a refined study in shadow and light.
Bottle & Design
A near-black glass bottle with a soft rectangular profile and gently arched shoulders gives Memoir Man a shadowed, elegant presence. The face carries a crisp silver Amouage medallion with clean AMOUAGE and MEMOIR lettering. A polished chrome cap in the brand’s hilt shape crowns a slim collar engraved with MEMOIR and holds a small clear stone at the center, seating neatly for a precise finish. The base is thick and steady in hand. The presentation box shows smoky grey feather-like swirls with the emblem centered, setting the bottle on a dark plinth for a composed reveal.
