A contemplative resinous amber that feels like warm dusk over sand and stone, Larmes Du Désert opens with ascendant incense brightened by aromatic cypress and a flicker of guaiac wood, gathers depth through patchouli, cedar, and mellow benzoin, then unfurls a glowing base of labdanum, precious woods, and amber that leaves a suave, meditative trail.

Story and Positioning
Created as a tribute to the cradle of perfumery, this composition marries amber and incense to echo ancient rituals and the golden tears of resin drawn from desert trees. Placed within the house’s Black Collection, it offers a refined take on mystic warmth and polished woods for serene evening wear and year-round elegance.
Bottle and Design
A clear, pebble-smooth silhouette frames a warm amber glow while sunburst ribs are carved into the glass and radiate from a small square cartouche. The label is black with a fine gilt border and tidy lettering, and tiny flecks of twenty-four karat gold drift and settle along the heel when the bottle moves. A lacquer-black domed cap crowns the short neck with a compact, elegant finish. The case is matte black with a repeating art deco fan motif picked out in gold, echoing the plaque and tying the presentation together.
