Debuting the Burberry Hero line, the Eau de Toilette introduces the signature cedarwood triad that later anchors the richer Eau de Parfum and the deeper Parfum expressions, offering a clear, modern alternative to sweet ambers while keeping a polished British character. It is crafted for daily wear, from office to evening, with an emphasis on strength and refined elegance. 

 

Bottle and Design

Burberry Hero Eau de Toilette comes in a clean, straight-sided glass bottle with strong shoulders and a solid, weighty base. The clear walls reveal a pale golden liquid. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
