Dior Joy Intense, launched in 2019, is an intensified version of the original 2018 Joy by Dior, aiming to provide an even more radiant and sensual floral-woody fragrance, with François Demachy as the in-house perfumer.

A luminous floral-woody-musk, JOY by Dior Eau de Parfum Intense amplifies the JOY signature with a brighter neroli-citrus sparkle over a plush bouquet of rose and jasmine, then settles into a sensual, creamy trail. Crafted to feel like an “explosion of light,” it wears effortlessly from day to evening.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
