Ermenegildo Zegna XXX Cyprium explores the meeting point of warm cedar and imagined geology, where Atlas cedarwood rises through a mineral hum that suggests heated stone, embers, and coppery shimmer. The effect is a modern woody chypre that feels textural and urbane, polished yet elemental, moving from dry woods to a subtle aromatic violet facet with a quiet smoke in the background.

Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
