Story and Positioning

Composed as a chiaroscuro chapter within the Merveilles constellation, L’Ombre explores contrast where transparent tea and incense meet a creamy tonka warmth. It offers a polished alternative to sweet ambers, sitting alongside Eau des Merveilles, Elixir des Merveilles, L’Ambre des Merveilles, and Eau des Merveilles Bleue while bringing a serene, modern woody aura to the line. 

 

Bottle and Design

Serge Mansau’s emblematic round flacon becomes a star-spangled magnifying glass in a deep, light-filled blue. It tilts gently when set down, feels smooth and weighty in the hand, and the spray top is engraved with the Hermès Clou de Selle seal for a subtle house signature and instant shelf recognition.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
