Story and Positioning

Conceived as an ice and earth chapter within the Terre universe, Eau Givrée pairs piercing freshness with the mineral woody strength that defines Terre d’Hermès. If you enjoy sleek citrus woods and polished green aromatics, this sits in that sophisticated space while expanding the line alongside Terre d’Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver and earlier editions. 

 

Bottle and Design

The refillable bottle looks cut from ice, with frosted glass and brushed aluminium that reads cool and modern in the hand. Signature details include the subtle H on the base, metal shoulders that catch the light, and the Clou de Selle motif. The design is by Philippe Mouquet and is made to be reused and last.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
