Story and Positioning

Created as a fresher yet deeper chapter in the Terre universe, Eau Intense Vétiver spotlights vetiver from the outset, energized by green bergamot and Sichuan pepper for a crisp citrus wood style with mineral glow. If you enjoy suave vetiver with sparkling citrus, such as Grey Vetiver or Guerlain Vetiver, this sits in that clean, confident lane while remaining unmistakably Terre. 

 

Bottle and Design

The Terre bottle designed by Philippe Mouquet feels architectural in the hand. Light catches the reflective metal shoulders, the base carries the signature H imprint, and the sliding cover reveals a precise atomizer. Subtle Hermès detailing, including the Clou de Selle makes the object collectible and instantly recognizable on the shelf.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
