Story and Positioning

Created as the breeziest chapter of the Terre universe, Eau Très Fraîche contrasts radiant citrus with a cool aquatic impression and a light woody base for a crisp everyday signature. It complements the line’s later developments, including Eau Intense Vétiver and the colder, fresh take of Eau Givrée, while keeping the unmistakable Terre character of citrus meeting mineral-tinted woods. 

 

Bottle and Design

The Terre bottle by Philippe Mouquet feels architectural and tactile in hand. Light catches the metal shoulders, the base rests on an orange H, and a sliding top reveals a precise atomizer, with subtle Hermès detailing such as the Clou de Selle linking the object to the house’s design codes.

Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
