Bottle and Design

The presentation uses the house’s smooth, cylindrical bottle dressed in a saturated red lacquer with tonal scrollwork that catches the light. A bright silver cap and crisp white logo complete a playful yet refined look, and early communications described it as the classic brand bottle rendered in a mouth-watering red. The weighted base and soft touch finish give a confident shelf presence

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
