Story and Positioning

Perfect was created around Marc Jacobs' personal mantra I am perfect as I am, a celebration of self-acceptance and playful individuality. The scent balances an uplifting floral sparkle with cozy, creamy warmth, making it an easy signature for year-round compliments and a natural step for fans of cheerful, creamy florals. The line has grown into a full pillar that includes Perfect Intense from 2021 for a richer roasted almond and sandalwood vibe, Perfect Eau de Toilette from 2022 for a lighter, airy glow, and Perfect Elixir from 2024 that folds in luscious vanilla and golden amber tones. 

 

Bottle and Design

The bottle blends classic elegance with a wink of fun. A weighty, clear glass base feels refined and stable in the hand, while the cap is crowned with a cluster of eclectic, colorful charms selected by Marc himself. The mix of bow, star, and playful trinkets gives the real dresser presence and makes the bottle instantly recognizable from across the room.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
