Story and Positioning

Created as part of the Nasomatto project, China White was designed to reveal the strength within delicacy, described by the brand as the outcome of a sentimental journey. In keeping with Nasomatto’s philosophy, the precise formula is left intentionally undisclosed, heightening its aura of mystery. If you enjoy elegant powdery florals and airy woody musks with a refined classical polish, this stands in that sphere, with some comparisons drawing a line to the powdery elegance of icons like Chanel No. 5.

The extrait arrives in Nasomatto’s signature thick glass with a minimalist white label that simply states the name. Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
