Bottle and Design

The flacon is a dark, square glass with crisp shoulders and a thick, balanced base for a steady stance. A satin gold plaque on the front carries the name and house mark in raised relief, giving an understated jewelry-like gleam. The sculptural gold cap curves in an asymmetric wave that catches light from every angle and lifts cleanly to reveal a precise atomizer, while the proportions remain compact and satisfying in hand.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.
