Bottle and Design

Erba Pura arrives in a vivid violet flacon from the Vibe line, crowned with a sculpted golden cap and finished with the signature Xerjoff plaque for a jewel-like presence on the dresser. The bottle’s smooth touch and saturated color echo the perfume’s juicy brightness, while every Vibe perfume includes a silk foulard crafted in Como to style as you wish, reinforcing the playful fashion spirit of the collection.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns if the plastic layer on the perfume box is opened.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of personal preference or fragrance suitability.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, broken, or with the wrong contents, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed plastic poly-mailer.

Ensure the video clearly shows: The sealed packaging before opening, the process of unboxing, the issue (e.g., leakage, damage, wrong item)

Send the unedited video along with your order number to our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@elusiev.com

We will review the footage and get back to you with a resolution. If the claim is approved, you will receive a replacement if stock is available or a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
